preferential rates - discount rates for reselling agencies are calculated so that they can add a commission between 5 and 17%, depending on the hotel, without risking the overcome of the charges offered by Omega Tour to final customers.
secure rates - we make every effort so that our rates offered to final customers and recommended to reselling agencies to be smaller or at worst equal to the rates offered directly by the hotel or through other online systems. To ensure this, we always check the minimum rates that hotels practice in real time, and rates displayed on various websites.
permissive cancellation policy %u2013 we benefit from hotels and offer our customers and collaborating agencies a flexible cancellation policy. Also, we do not apply penalties for late arrivals or no-shows, unless the hotelier requests such measures for the booking in question.
payment at the reception - reselling agencies receive commission even for bookings made with payment at the reception;
work tools - access to an online system for making, displaying or cancellation of bookings, commission tracking, etc.
non-stop program - very useful, especially in providing support for guests who are accommodated after midnight;
real time availability - at more than 200 hotels thr accommodation availability can be checked in real time;
right attitude towards partners:
all invoices we issue are calculated at the BNR rate;
we take full responsibility for bookings. Specifically, regardless of the work mode of the hoteliers, we are responsible for:
making and sending the reservation to the hotel;
correct registration of information by the hotel;
keeping booked rooms reserved and accomodating guests exactly as in the booking confirmation;
respecting confirmed charges without exception;
we do not work with hotels that present a risk of frivolity.
protecting the agency-clients relationship:
Omega Tour does not get into contact with the end client;
Omega Tour gives reselling agencies the possibility of including an online booking module on its website, made so it won't be able to make a reservation online without accessing the reselling agency's website;
Omega Tour's rate policy allows reselling agencies the simultaneous achievement of two essential objectives:
Final customers do not receive a better price if they turn to another alternative (directly at the hotel, other online sites or directly to Omega Tour);
The reselling agency gets commissions for performed bookings;
