    • Additional information to what is displayed on the website, regarding the services provided by the hotels, as well as the charges;
    • Details (at the client's request) regarding possible sources of discomfort (noise, personal safety, ongoing festivities inside the hotel, renovation/construction works, etc.);
    • Real-time solutioning of any misunderstanding that might arise at the hotel's reception during check-in;
    • Solving eventual communication problems caused by language (e.g. if the receptionist does not speak english);

    • Assuming responsibility for the reservation:
    We assume complete responsibility for the reservation, not just sending the information to the hotel; We are responsible for:
  • The execution of the reservation and sending the information to the hotel;
  • Correct registration of information at the hotel: We are responsible for how a hotel records your reservation!
  • Keeping the booked rooms and accommodating guests respecting exactly the booking confirmation;
  • Respecting the confirmed rates;

    • Compensation for overbooking: *
  • If a reservation made through us may not be honored as it has been confirmed, we pledge to offer customers one of the following options:
    • accommodation in the same hotel, in a superior chamber than the one reserved, keeping the initial cost (free upgrade);
    • free accommodation in another hotel of the same category as the originally booked, and a full refund of any sums paid in advance for services not delivered but confirmed;
    • compensation equal to the value of the room/rooms booked but not honored, and full refund of any sums paid in advance for services not delivered but confirmed;

    • Multiple payment methods:
  • Payment can be made both at the reception upon check-in, as well as to us, in advance of the stay or after * in the following options:
    • online by credit card;
    • bank transfer (RON, EUR, USD);
    • cash deposit in the bank account;
    • cash, at Omega Tour Headquarters;

    • Accepting unsecured bookings:
  • reservations without having to guarantee with credit card can be made at most hotels;

    • Credit card information security:
    • when using a credit card online, its details are entered directly onto the card processor - ROMCARD, so nor Omega Tour nor hotels have any access to your card details;
    • even if the client does not have internet access, or, for other reasons, wishes to provide credit card details by phone, they are not sent to the hotel, the guarantee or payment to the hotel being made by Omega Tour, by the terms of the contract and not with the customer's credit card.

    Flexible Cancellation Policy:
    • we benefit from the hotels and offer customers a flexible cancellation policy;
    • we don't apply penalties for late cancellations or no-shows unless the hotelier specifically requests it for the booking in question;

    Speed of reaction:
  • Informations regarding bookings made reach the hotel's reception in 2-3 minutes.


    • Booking safety/Human checking:
  • To ensure that the hotel records the bookings correctly and the client does not have the slightest surprise at the accommodation, we have developed a unique system of verification. Specifically, immediately after making a reservation (online or by phone), the following actions are set in motion:
    • Telephone verification of the hotel recieving the resevation;
    • The request of a written confirmation from the hotel's reservation record from their system;
    • checking the hotel's confirmation with the booking's informations
    • reverification of the booking at hotel, in the arrival day (morning, before the client arrives);
    • Verification of customer's effective arrival at the hotel;

    • Secured rates:
    • we make every effort so that our rates are lower than the rates offered by hotels, or other online websites!
    • the displayed charges are at their maximum value. There are situations when, after booking confirmation, the confirmed rate is lower than the one displayed on the website;
    • Under no circumstances whatsoever, a confirmed price will get increased;
