“Am de facut un repros managerului Hotelului Orient si anume faptul ca nu exista un angajat permanent care sa asigure clientului ajutor la transportul bagajelor pana la camera, intrucat a urca cu cel putin un geamantan si un sac cu haine 2 etaje nu este prea comod, daca nu cumva e nevoie sa faci chiar 2 drumuri. Nota 4 la acest capitol. Va sugerez sa transmiteti acest aspect in vederea luarii de masuri. Va multumesc.”
