  A building designed in 1913 by engineer Anghel Saligny's team, which belonged to a famous lawyer of the time and has become a historic monument thanks to the original structure, located in the center of Constanta, where every breath of wind brings the sound and the smell of the sea, became Carol Hotel recently.
