“Camera a fost inghesuita, in baie era umed tavanul si mucegaiul isi facuse aparitia, nu am avut fön si nici sapun, prosoapele nu au fost zilnic schimbate, in ultimele trei zile deloc, iar lenjeria niciodata intr-o saptamana, micul dejun a fost destul de spartan, dar personalul era dragut, apoi nu s-a putut servi pranzul si cina "a la cart" decat sub forma de bufet suedez, piscina pentru copii era goala, locul de joaca pentru copii a fost un total dezastru, iar gradina cea frumoasa deloc ingrijita, jalnic! ”
