www.tourneo.ro is a presentation website for accommodation units in Romania, through which the user can book rooms online. These reservations are operated, managed and in the responsibility of Omega Tour, the tourism agency of the company Omega Soft SRL. Omega Tour manages several presentation and online booking websites, as well as the Tourneo reservations center, which functions inside a non-stop call center with over 1000 phone lines.

History:
In 2002, Omega Tour launched Tourneo.ro as an online booking system. Starting 2004, a new concept was launched in the romanian booking buisiness: a non-stop call center, a cobination which proved to be a real success - in only 4 years, Omega Tour became the top seller of individual reservations in the business/transit sector, the level of sales in 2007 clearly showing this fact:

• booked rooms in romanian hotels: 207 000
• total value of reservations: 18 300 000 euro
• number of phone center calls: 852 000

Sales policy:
Omega Tour attempts to offer its clients the best options, being, for the most part, a consultant, a partener who gives reliable advice when you need accomodation. Omega Tour takes responsibility for offered services and guarantees the fact that they will be fulfilled according to the confirmed conditions:

• the rates confirmed to a client will never be modified unless they are reduced
• a confirmed reservation that cannot be fulfilled results in the free offer of the same services in a hotel of equal or higher class.

Omega Tour respects their promises, regardless of the hotel's behaviour.

Hotel portofolio:
Omega Tour does not colaborate with hotels that prove to be unreliable. The hotels advertised have passed through a minimal filter, the risk of unpleasant surprises thus being very low.

Work mode:
Omega Tour operates and manages submitted reservations through its own sites, through affiliated sites and through the Tourneo call-center. Regardless of how you book, all reservations go through the same cecking procedures and benefit from the same conditions and advantages. All reservations, both those made online and those made through the call-center, are checked manually by an agent, therefore reducing the risk of miscommunication or the hotel's negligence.
