The Șuior Tourist Hotel Complex has 53 rooms, arranged in the three mini-hotels Iza, Mara and Igniș. 7 rooms with one bed, 24 with two beds, 14 with a double bed and 8 very spacious apartments, totaling 99 accommodation places.

The restaurant of the Șuior Tourist Hotel Complex, with a maximum capacity of 120 seats, offers the possibility of dining in a pleasant atmosphere and with a unique décor.
The terrace, located on the western side, with 40 seats, gives tourists the opportunity to admire the remarkable scenery surrounding the complex and to contemplate superb sunsets.
The conference room, built to international standards, with a seating capacity of 80, is equipped with: air conditioning, sound/amplification system, fixed microphones, simultaneous translation equipment in three languages, video projector, projection screen, flipchart, audio-video equipment.
The Șuior Tourist Hotel Complex provides its guests with the facilities needed to practice sports both in summer and winter. It thus has sports grounds where you can play: football, handball, volleyball, basketball, field tennis on both asphalt and clay courts; a PAINTBALL range located right next to the complex, along with the equipment needed to practice this sport.
The children's park, located in the complex's courtyard, offers children a 21 m long and 5 m wide inflatable play structure consisting of a slide, a climbing wall and multiple obstacles, swings and staff to supervise them for as long as they are within the park.
The ski slopes, located on the western side of the complex, 3600 m long, rated as medium-difficulty slopes, are equipped with:
- a chairlift with a capacity of 1,200 people/hour
- an artificial snow-making system covering a length of 2700 m
- a night-lighting system covering a length of 1500 m
- special machines for grooming the slopes.
The chairlift's departure station is located 50 m from the complex's terrace.
Access to the chairlift is based on magnetic cards called TAGs, a system that adds extra comfort for skiers, who no longer have to wait long to get on the chairlift.
The artificial snow-making system and the night-lighting system are being finalized; we hope to inaugurate them by 20.12.2008. Should these investments be completed, the chairlift rates will increase.
There is also an equipment rental center for skiing and snowboarding, which can offer tourists over 200 sets of equipment.
The chairlift's departure station is located 50 m from the complex's terrace. At the chairlift's final station, guests can enjoy hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as fast-food dishes, in the pleasant setting of the bar located here, which has a capacity of 30 seats indoors and 60 seats on the terrace.
Less adventurous guests can use the complex's relaxation center, which includes: sauna, jacuzzi, solarium, massage, fitness room, billiards, darts, table tennis.
