“Este regretabil ca inca mai sunt cateva hoteluri in Romania care cer plata serviciilor inainte ca acestea sa fie efectiv prestate. Plata la receptie in momentul check-in este o situatie pe care o refuz indiferent cine este hotelul.
Camera de nefumatori mirosea a tutun de iti ”muta nasul”. Explicatii copilaresti gen ”asa sunt clientii de azi”, ”nu poti sa-i controlezi” sunt hilare si lipsite de profesionalism. Comportamentul clientilor vechi nu justifica un tratament incorect aplicat clientilor noi. Dupa ce m-am intors la receptie si am cerut schimbarea camerei s-a gasit camera de nefumatori.
Lipseste un restaurant propriu la are sa poti servi masa. Ai doar un restaurant in vecini. Ar fi poate util un acord intre restaurant si hotel prin care clientii hotelului sa poata consuma la restaurant si sa plateasca la check-out.”
