“1. La sosire in camera au lipsit: halat, papuci, piepten, aparat de ras, periuta si pasta de dinti. Femeia care facea curat ne-a spus ca nu are de unde sa le ia la ora aceea si ca nu a fost anuntata ca vin 2 persoane.
2. In celelalte zile a trebuit sa cerem noi aparat de ras, pieptene, periuta si pasta de dinti. Ni s-a spus ca "se dau doar la cerere". Asta ia din timpul clientului. Si timpul clientului costa bani! In plus este neplacut sa trebuiasca sa ceri.
Cum sa stii ce ti se cuvine. Nu esti informat la cazare .
3. Ventilatie proasta, in special in baie.
4. As recomanda hotelul pentru panorama asupra orasului si pentru o comportare decenta a personalul de la receptie , de la primire si restaurant.t.
