“O sugestie pe viitor ar fi aceea de a fi informat daca in cadrul unui hotel exista camere disponibile la un anumit numar de stele ,iar atunci cind efectuati rezervarea sa specificati clientului la cite stele s-a efectuat.Concret am efectuat 2 rezervari,una s-a facut la 4 stele iar cea de a-2-a la 3 stele lucru de care nu am fost informat.E vorba de hotelul Prince Residence.”
