“Personalul hotelului nu este focalizat in a ajuta si a rezolva cerintele oaspetilor (care nu sunt chiar exotice, ci foarte normale) si in a-si face bine treaba, ci in a fi lasati in pace sa faca ce vor si sa aiba cat mai mult timp liber pentru ei. In unele cazuri, au fost chiar "impinsi de la spate" (desigur, verbal) sa mearga si sa isi faca treaba pentru care sunt platiti. Nu cred ca eu ori colegii mei vom mai folosi serviciile acestui hotel in curand.
