“Rezervarea a fost facuta pentru o camera cu pat matrimonial, iar la receptie am primit o camera cu doua paturi din care, ulterior am constatat, unul era defect. Fiind ora 22.00 si fiind vorba de o rezervare pentru o singura noapte nu am mai reclamat acest lucru la receptie. Un alt incovenient dimensiunea extrem de mica a camerelor si calitate de izolare fonica a peretilor (se auzeau si discutiile vorbite la intensitate normala din camerele vecine).
In schimb calitatea serviciilor si amabilitatea personalului destul de bune. ”
