Superior Apartments (2 adults + 2 children) consist of a living room with an open-space kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace. The Superior Viva Suite apartments, operated as hotel units, are located on the middle floors of the Viva City buildings and overlook the green space in front of the building.
Deluxe Apartments (2 adults + 2 children) consist of a living room with an open-space kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace. The Deluxe Viva Suite apartments are characterized by an extraordinary panorama over the city or Lake Gheorgheni. They are located on the upper floors of the luxurious Viva City building.
The Premier Apartment (2 adults + 2 children) consists of a living room with an open-space kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a terrace. The Premier Viva Suite apartments are located on the high floors of the Viva City buildings and overlook the green space in front of the building.
Family Apartments (4 adults + 2 children) consist of two bedrooms with double beds, an open-space living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. They offer an amazing panorama over the city, being located on floors 2, 10 and 11 of the building.
As a general rule, guests accompanied by pets are not accepted.
