PHOENICIA HOLIDAY RESORT HOTEL, Mamaia, Constanta, Romania
Located in Mamaia Nord, at a distance of approximately 150 m from the beach, Phoenicia Holiday Resort is a unique tourist concept in Romania, the complex spreading over an area of 100,000 sqm being specially designed for the accommodation of families with children in particular.
The Phoenicia Holiday Resort Complex has an accommodation capacity of over 1,200 places distributed across 420 apartments, has parking for 400 vehicles, as well as restaurants, bars, terraces, an oriental café, pools and waterfalls, children's playgrounds, a billiard club, a games center.
In order to benefit from the services and facilities included in the accommodation package, both within the resort and on the beach, guests are required to wear the wristbands they will receive at check-in.
The 420 apartments are distributed across 7 building blocks and are structured as follows:
Studio
- 80 studios, each with an area of 65 sqm, with large 15 sqm terraces
- Includes an open space with living room, kitchen and sleeping area, bathroom and terrace
- The studios have a maximum capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
2-room apartment
- 230 apartments with areas of 90sqm, with large terraces of 11-24 sqm
- Includes a bedroom, open living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and terrace
- The 2-room apartments are intended for families with 2-3 children, having a capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
3-room apartment
- 95 apartments with areas ranging between 110-125 sqm
- They are equipped with two terraces: at the bedroom (8 sqm) and at the living room (25 sqm)
- Includes two bedrooms, open living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and two terraces
- The 3-room apartments have a maximum capacity of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children
4-room apartment
- 15 apartments, each with an area of 170 sqm
- They are equipped with spacious 64 sqm terraces
- Includes three bedrooms, open living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and two terraces
- The 4-room apartments have a maximum capacity of 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children
The kitchens are equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishes, microwave oven, toaster, etc.

TV in the living room, cable TV, air conditioning, internet, clothes dryer, shoe rack, terrace furniture
the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a simple bathtub or a bathtub with hydromassage system, hair dryer, towels (cosmetics are not provided)

The restaurant of the Phoenicia Holiday Resort Hotel has a capacity of 1000 seats and awaits you with a diversified menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch (mandatorily included in tourist packages) are served buffet-style, while for dinner there is a rich and diversified à la carte menu that will manage to satisfy even the most demanding tastes. On the restaurant terrace, teams of dancers and renowned artists will heat up the atmosphere every evening, welcoming guests with an artistic program designed to lift their spirits.
Guests will also be able to spend time and savor a fine drink by choosing one of the bars of the Phoenicia Holiday Resort Complex: an adults' bar at the pool, one in the pool with small streams and one in the middle of the complex above the pools.
