“Prestatia jalnica (realmente, JALNICA!) a personalului de la receptia hotelului ma determina sa nu mai revin, cel mai probabil, niciodata, la acest hotel de ... (sic!) patru stele. Desi mai exista, in Piatra Neamt, inca doar un hotel, de trei stele (Ceahlau), dar cu acelasi comportament al receptionerilor...
Cu certitudine am avut norc, totusi, cu Tourneo, neintampinand niciun fel de probleme privind rezervarea camerei la hotel. Din acest punct de vedere, sincere felicitari pentru Tourneo! Daca transmiteti totala mea nemultumire managementului hotelului, va fi OK! La ce se refera nemultumirea? La totala lipsa de profesionalism a tinerilor angajati la receptie: niciun zambet, o atitudine de dispret fata de client, aroganta!... Serviciul de transport bagaje a functionat doar la insistentele mele (!!!), spunandu-mi-se ca sunt... ajutat! Ori acest serviciu este obligatoriu la un asemenea hotel. Nu aveai cui cere o informatie, tinerii de la receptie fiind adunati la o sueta, in fata televizorului din holul hotelului.
Din acest punct de vedere, raportul "calitate - tarif" este lamentabil!...
In ceea ce priveste TOURNEO, sincera mea gratitudine pentru profesionalismul demonstrat de operatorii cu care am interactionat telefonic!
Ah, sa fiu corect! As putea recomanda hotelul Central Plaza din Piatra Neamt dusmanilor (ai oricui), dar nici macar acestia nu merita sa sufere din cauza atitudinii "resurselor umane" de la receptie!...”

“Am revenit la acest hotel intrucat si alta data am fost foarte multumita de tot....si avand in vedere ca au tinut cont de sugestia mea de data trecuta(se referea la amplasarea firmei pt a putea fi vazuta din mai multe locuri),mi-am permis si le-am scris pe chestionarul din camera ,ca am simtit ca este necesara la baie o oglinda care mareste;cu atat mai mult cu cat camerele au bai cu geamuri mari,care ajuta la o buna imagine intr-o astfel de oglinda...In rest...nu pot decat sa-i laud!Si nu stiu daca au fost persoane cazate acolo,care sa nu fi fost multumite !Ii felicit si le multumesc ca mi-au oferit posibilitatea sa ma simt atat de bine intr-un hotel din Romania !”

“Am fost neplacut surprins de faptul ca micul dejun a fost mult mai slab decat eram obisnuit la cazarile anterioare la acest hotel. Ma refere la gama mult mai restransa si calitatea mai slaba a mancarii. Nesatisfacator pentru un hotel de 4 stele si pentru pretul platit, chiar daca prin Omega Tour am obtinut un pret mai mic decat cel de la receptie.”
