Balkan Bistro is located on the ground floor of the hotel, waiting for guests to taste the Balkan-style dishes. At Balkan Bistro you will enjoy an extremely varied menu with Turkish, Albanian, Macedonian, Romanian, Croatian, Greek, Serbian specialties, etc. It has a capacity of 100 seats and is open from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, within the Balkan Bistro restaurant. In summer, lunch or dinner can also be served in the inner garden.
The Wine Cellar is located in the basement, in the original cellar of the former Habermann café (the famous café built in 1876, a meeting place and landmark of Sibiu's cultural life). In this space, besides the bohemian and charming atmosphere, wine and good food carry great weight. It has a capacity of 70 seats, and is open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
