The Zabola Estate consists of a huge park dotted with 7 historic buildings, lakes, over 100 plant species and the conservation area of the estate's Carpathian biotope. If we draw an imaginary circle around the Zabola Estate, we enclose more than a million hectares of Carpathian forest. The nearest settlement to the East is 60 km away. The guest houses from the 18th-19th centuries are named after their original functions:
- The Machine House,
- The Saddle House,
- The New Castle
These buildings have a total of 20 accommodation units. Besides the Zabola Estate, the Chowdhury family also owns a property in the wilderness at Bixad: Dobrica Hunting Lodge.
The New Castle: the imposing building is the result of the work of Count MIKES Armin, dating from the early 20th century. The companies owned by the family needed offices, and the growing number of guests needed accommodation. The kitchen also operated in this building, from where the delicious dishes were transported to the dining room of the Old Castle through a semi-underground tunnel.
The Old Saddle House - the gatehouse building accommodates the stable staff, and this is where all the tack for the horses housed in the neighboring building was kept. In the early 20th century this function moved to the Eva Farm on the edge of the village.
Besides the 3 guest houses, the estate also has the Old Stables, a building for leisure, elegant receptions and soirées or other events.
The luxury stable - the former stables is a building over 300 years old that has served various purposes over time. It was mainly used for the best horses of the 300 horses of the Mikes de Zabala breed, which survived for 300 years and became quite well known.
Today this beautifully restored building serves various purposes: leisure spaces, gatherings, exhibitions, weddings and creative activities.
At present, the New Castle is the main building of the noble estate, with 11 rooms and apartments and an elegant restaurant.
The rooms are individually decorated, have a private bathroom and a garden view.
A crib for a child aged 0-4 can be provided for an extra charge.

Erzsebet Room has: king bed, size 24 sqm, open-space bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 1st floor and facing North, North-East.
Etelka Room has: king bed, open-space bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, espresso machine and kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 1st floor and facing North, North-East.
Eva Room has: king bed, size 60 sqm, separate bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, espresso machine and kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 2nd floor with veranda, facing South, South-East.
Ilona Room has an area of 50 sqm, open-space bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, espresso machine and kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 1st floor with veranda, facing South.
Janos Room - king bed, size 60 sqm, open-space bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, espresso machine and kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 1st floor with veranda, facing South.

Zsofia Room - king bed, size 60 sqm, open-space bathroom with island-type bathtub, fireplace, mood lighting with dimmer, wine selection, espresso machine and kettle, living room, possibility of an extra bed, 1st floor with veranda.
The castle offers tourists 7 dining areas, of which:
- 3 are located indoors;
- 2 indoor terraces;
- 2 outdoor terraces.
The dining room and lounge are set up in the old stables, located 250 meters from the main building, on the other side of the lake.
There is an à la carte restaurant where all meals can be served.
Breakfast is of 2 types:
- basic - coffee and croissant;
- continental.
Tourists can enjoy the delicious dishes prepared at the castle or the drinks and the 5 o'clock tea also in the seasonal pavilion in the forest or in the private park.
The property includes 2 lakes, 4 fishing ponds, facilities for hiking and horse riding, as well as a sauna.
On the first peak of the Estate there is a wood-heated Finnish sauna, a cold water tub and a shower.
The sauna can be used all year round, with views of the Carpathian Mountains and the Targu Secuiesc depression stretching at the tourists' feet.
The sauna at sunset, before dinner, is the most delightful, but any other time of day is suitable for such an experience.
Other facilities: garden, children's playground, guided tour of the estate, massage in the garden, Cleopatra's bath.
