The accommodation unit was built in 1969 and was considered throughout this period to be the best-equipped in the entire county.
In 2001 modernization works began, which led to changes of over 90% to the interiors and furniture.
The investments aimed to increase guest comfort by restructuring and refurnishing the rooms and installing a high-performance heating system.
