“Praful pe noptiere si masuta din camera nu este sters. La piscina nu se sterge apa de pe gresie iar bateriile de la dusuri sunt pline de calcar. La restaurantul de la et 8 nu se poate lua masa pt ca se organizeaza nunti iar la restaurantul de la parter nu are cine servi la masa, personalul fiind la nunta. ”

“cafeaua era foarte diluata, pt 200 de euro/zi cat am dat pe camere trebuiau sa ne dea mancare mult mai buna la mic dejun si la fel si bauturile. Suc natural nu ne-au dat, ci era granini, iar dupa cum v-am zis a trebuit sa dam 7 lei ca sa luam o cafea buna Illy. Sa puna 7 lei in pretul camerei dar sa ne faca sa ne simtit f bine si sa ne dea totul de 5 stele. Cazarea si in general hotelul nu are 5 stele. E un hotel ceausist care are norocul sa fie in centrul brasovului. Urmatoarea data ne ducem la Kronwell”
