For all properties listed on tourneo.ro, the booking is paid online, with either a holiday voucher card or a regular bank card (Visa/Mastercard). Payment on-site is not available — regardless of the method chosen, payment is made directly through the platform, securely, and the booking is confirmed immediately after the payment is authorized.
If the chosen property does not directly accept the holiday voucher card, tourneo.ro (through the platform operator, Atavus SRL) collects the holiday voucher card payment from the client and subsequently pays the property by bank transfer — the client can use holiday vouchers regardless of the payment methods accepted directly by the property.
The platform is operated by Atavus SRL, a licensed travel agency established in 2022, active in both the IT and tourism fields, with a team with long-standing experience in both industries. Atavus SRL manages requests received through tourneo.ro and mediates the bookings and payments made through the platform.
