When making a booking through tourneo.ro, we collect the data necessary to complete and invoice it: first and last name, contact details (phone, email), billing address, as well as, where applicable, the data of the guests staying (name, age for children). We do not request more data than is necessary for the requested service.
When you browse tourneo.ro, we automatically collect some technical data: IP address, date and time of access, device and browser type — used for security and for the proper functioning of the site (see also Cookie policy).
If you make a booking that also includes other people (e.g. family members, roommates), you are responsible for making sure you have their consent to send their data to tourneo.ro for the purpose of the booking.
We process the data either for the performance of the booking contract, or based on a legitimate interest (e.g. fraud prevention), or for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. keeping financial-accounting records).
The data necessary to complete a booking may be shared with the accommodation property/supplier involved, the online payment processor (bank card/holiday voucher card), and, when required by law, the competent authorities. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. financial-accounting), after which it is deleted or anonymized.
