Accessing and using tourneo.ro (a platform operated by Atavus SRL, hereinafter "tourneo.ro") implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
tourneo.ro provides an automated system for searching and comparing accommodation properties in Romania (hotels, guesthouses, villas, apartments), based on availability sent by our suppliers/partners. Rates shown on the site are informational and may change at any time, until the booking is finally confirmed.
Information about accommodation properties (descriptions, photos, amenities) is general and advisory in nature and may be changed at any time without prior notice. We strive to publish content in Romanian, but some information comes from international booking systems and may partly appear in other languages.
Each accommodation property listed on tourneo.ro may have its own specific conditions (check-in/check-out, house rules, pet policy, etc.), which apply in addition to these terms.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless the property communicates otherwise. The room types shown (single, double, twin, apartment, etc.) follow the names received from each property/supplier.
Discounts shown on tourneo.ro are calculated relative to the standard rate communicated by the property/supplier and may vary depending on the period, availability, and each property's policy.
Requests to cancel or change a booking must be submitted in writing, via the Contact page, during business hours Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Cancellation conditions (free or with a penalty) vary from property to property and are shown before the booking is finalized.
Bookings are paid exclusively online, through the platform, with a holiday voucher card or a regular bank card (Visa/Mastercard) — payment on-site is not available. If the chosen property does not directly accept the holiday voucher card, Atavus SRL collects the holiday voucher card payment from the client and subsequently pays the property by bank transfer.
For tourism services, the right of withdrawal regulated by GEO 34/2014 does not apply in its standard form (tourism service contracts are subject to exceptions); cancellations and any refunds follow the specific conditions of each property, communicated at the time of booking. Complaints can be submitted via the Contact.
Atavus SRL takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of published information, but is not liable for pricing errors caused by third-party suppliers or for indirect damages resulting from use of the site. Where Atavus SRL's liability is engaged, it is limited to the value of the booking in question.
The content of tourneo.ro (text, design, graphic elements) is protected by copyright. These terms are governed by Romanian law and may be updated periodically — the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of booking.
